Bd transistor issue

Hi all. I have 2007 4runner with 4.0 engine. Few days ago my car was drowned. After inspection found that BD series transistor in the engine control unit was burnt. Please see attached photos.

Could you guys please help to find what model of transistor should I need to get. I can not see the model name.

The BD series is a very popular PNP switching transistor made by many suppliers: On Semi, Fairchild, ST Micro etc. Can you see any other of the part # on it? There are several versions of it depending on the voltage. BD 136, 138, 140 etc.

Is there any one who can suggest right BD series transistor on my 07' SR5, 4.0l, 4runner engine control unit. Please help me to fix.

Honestly I doubt anyone will have that BD Transistor number (unless someone has a spare one laying around to take apart,) more importantly you'll have a hard time replacing it. They coat the circuit board in a sealant to prevent moisture from damaging it, so soldering it will be a bit more difficult than say a standard PCB.

The other glaringly obvious thing (to me at least) is that the data in that ECM may no longer be viable and reprogramming it may not work correctly. I'm not saying to not go ahead and give it a shot (I mean you have it apart, might as well...) just don't be surprised if you "fix" it and it still doesn't work.

After flood I found that only wire connection which placing at very bottom of all connectors was totally wet and noticed there three of connection pins of the connecter were damaged/burnt/. Except that I found only that transistor during my investigation. Hope that engine control unit still is alive.
