Bearing Race Noise After Replacing Timing Belt (Full Kit)

Just finished replacing the timing belt/waterpump/idler bearings on a 2nd gen 4runner and am hearing a whirring noise (like a racing bearing) from under the timing cover. It's not a whine or squeal, more like a light grinding. I'd guess the idler pulley #2 was bad, but I bought an AISIN kit and expected quality. Waited it out about 5 minutes but the noise didn't dissipate. Anyone else had this happen?

If you installed every thing per the fsm and torqued it to spec and double checked it then I would try to pin point the sound with a long screw driver or a mechanics scope and check the drive belts (fan, alt, ac).Start by eliminating the easy stuff and going from there. Good luck.
