Im now at 185k on my 96 4runner, I bought it back in Oct 2002 with 60k

I have done regular maint on the oil, brakes, belts (incl timing belt)

the two things I havent messed with that I was debating on were the coolant and the transfer case and diff fluids...

When I was working on cars, I used to tell people if they had gone too long with transmission etc dont bother cuz it usually causes problems.

My question, you think I am too deep into this now to mess with the Transfer case/diff fluids? Im prob safe on the coolant if I wanted to flush it. it just hasnt ever had a problem overheating, Ive never even opened the radiator cap.

what are your guys opinions on this for 4runners??

I'd also work a thermostat and a waterpump into that cooling system flush.

not if you've done you timing belt (where I'd hope you replaced these guys as well) at the proper interval.

you should be fine as long as you just stick with a 'drain and fill' over a pressurized flush
