Beeping while turning

While driving our 2010 limited last night it beeped there or four times then stopped. While doing this the hazard lights flashes and doors locked. Now wife says while driving today it does it every time she turns. No lights indicating anything is wrong on the dash. Any ideas?

The moment I put my 2010n LE in gear the and drive off the doors lock. this is a feature that can be controlled via the setup screen. you indicate it happens every time she turns. at what speed? is she shifting into park when she stops before making a turn?

We need a bit more information in order to provide any sensible direction as to what the cause might be. Have you had the ODBCII codes pulled at your local autoparts store?

She says it's doing it while driving and making left and right hand turns at slow speeds like turning from street to street. I have not had any codes pulled yet.

Our Saturn Vue did this a few years ago and it was the brake fluid level getting too low. When turning, it shifted the fluid to one side and set off the warning. We found out that there was a leak.

I know this may not be it...but worth checking

Check the trunk. Is it shut all the way?

I thought about trunk too. Once I didn't quite close it, I mean it was closed but not fully. I have SR5 though and on stops and turns is was beeping just once and red light "door open" came out on dashboard.

Same thing happened to me. The signals and warning lights would start after a stop and the doors would unlock. Swung by the dealership to ask but didn't have time to wait for a technician. Eventually one of the warning lights showed a door open. It was was the trunk that would lift up enough when accelerating from a stop.
