Bent hub?? Ditch Runner

What is the likely hood of bending a hub, and would you notice it visually? What else could cause improper tire wear if an alignment it good?

I am tracking down a vibration and after an extensive oem parts install i am ready to start over. I rebuilt the rear seals, bearings, rear u joint, swapped driveshafts, front end rebuild except upper arms, need to do bushings. Lca bushings, itre, otre, lbj, ubj, front bearings, all tcases, diff fluid changed, new wheels, constant balance.

Left front tire shows wear on outside of tread. New tires.

If you rolled it in the ditch, you could have tweaked one of the control arms ever so slightly. Or possibly even the strut or springs. I know a guy with an MR2 that would never align properly and it turned out one of the strut assemblies was tweaked by a few degrees from the previous owner.

All four corner replaced the shocks withs readymounts and new springs n shocks in rear. I am going to try n source a replacement knuckle, and upper arm.

Anyone have a good oem drivers upper arm? I have new oem bushings i could install. Maybe someone who did a lift and had to swap out upper arms.
