Best alternative to onboard air compressor?

Ideally I want a $600 on-board air setup but that is not happening any time soon.

The $20 air compressor I bought years ago takes a LONG time to fill the tires and is very cheap.

I am looking for your input on the best compressor that will not break the bank- say $100 or less maybe?

I want to be able to air down to 20psi or so and get all 4 aired back up in less than say 15 minutes.
