I appreciate any feedback in advance....I took my mobile radio to best buy to get it installed. I came home and wanted to check the connections, and I didnt see anything connected to the battery....my only assumption is that he tapped into the fuse box or got power from existing wiring already...I have heard that this type of situation could potentially cause a fire...if he didnt power it through the battery, is the only other option through the fuse box? I hate to run my radio and then burst into flames on the fwy somewhere.

I bet he did, if it's not hooked onto the battery that's the only other place I can think of that he would've used...
