I'll remove front and rear seats, center console, etc... and then removed the floor carpet. Washed the carpet with soap (don't use bleach, specially liquid!). Hang the carpet above the ground on a solid support before washing as it gets 1000 lb right after the wash!. I am yet to do the rear cargo area.
At the same time, you can wash all the plastic pieces too.

If it has been a loooong time since the interior was fully deep cleaned I would consider the following:
1) Spend $100-$150 for a full interior detail and exterior wax.
I really think this is worth it every few years, especially if it hasn't been done.
Most good places have cleaning equipment that will just blow away doing it by hand.
Once you have it deep cleaned it will be much easier to do maintenance cleaning every 6 months or so.
2) manually deep clean the interior using you own products.
This will probably require at least $30 in cleaning supplies from the local auto store.

best carpet cleaning I've seen for stuff you can remove from the truck:
Mix 1/4 cup of Oxy Clean with half a gallon of hot water
squirt 1-2 tablespoons of dawn dish soap in
put it into a spray bottle, mix well (swirl, don't shake)
Vacuum carpets
Spray down with water until it is damp.
Spray down with oxy/dawn mix
Work in with a soft bristle brush
Let sit for 10 minutes
Rinse with a power washer
Vacuum with a wet/dry vac
If you don't have a power washer or a wet/dry vac, buy them. Or, I guess you can do the whole thing at a do-it-yourself car wash.
Carpets end up FreakyClean (TM).
