Cowl Drain Location?

I can't really tell but I'm trying to get ahead of the curve. Where does the cowl drain on these? Surely there's something that could clog that will cause the firewalls to rot out. I'd like to remove the wipers and cowl to clean up under there, and possibly apply paint or cosmoline where the original coatings are starting to wear down.

It is hidden behind the front fenders, basically right in front of the upper door hinge.

Also check for any aftermarket wiring running into the cabin through the big rubber grommet that insulates the wire harness to fire wall. I too noticed a leak and found out someone ran a wire (PO) simply pulling the grommet forward. I simply glues a rubber flap made out of a bicycle tube and glued to the firewall to act like a roof to channel out water.

The drain for cowl is big and a fully grown mice can go through it! that's how they creep into the cowl area and build a nest on the fresh air opening!
