Thank you sir! I'm a bit under 50 and from a time of scrubbing those letters with Brillo pads to get ready for the weekend. Always liked the look of raised white letters. Personal pref of course.

Has anyone seen the Ultra 102 Xtreme X-Lok on a 4Runner? I'm looking for a slightly more agressive stance, at least have the tires even with the fender. Any concerns with rubbing using stock tire size based on these specs: 17 8.5 6X139.7 Bore: 106.10 Offset: 1 backspace 4.75".

Swapped to a 3/4" grey today. Much better.

I just got these Fuel Kranks installed on the 2013 Trail 4Runner. I used the stock Bridgestones off the 2014 Tundra as a temporary setup.

Specs:
Fuel Kranks 18x9 -12 offset
275/65R18
No lift





Looking into maybe doing a level on it with adjustable coilovers, planning on adding LT275/65R18 Toyo at2s before winter.

Notice that essentially none, or very few, of the 5th gen people have true 35s? There is a reason for that. While his rig was the old Metaltech truck, which had a wide array of serious suspension modifications done to accommodate, 5th Gen 4Runners really arnt build to run a 35. Engine, gearing, physical size of the wheel well, and the fact that no one recommends really bumping a lift past 3-3.5 inches. There would be ways around that, but not sure 99% of people would think its worth it, especially when you see the performance a lot of these guys see with there trucks on a ~33

Besides, driven everyday, the mpg are bad enough as is w/ 285s.

Hmmm. Although the 4runner isnt a Jeep, Ive run 40's on two different Jeeps as my daily driver with no issues.

I will be putting 35's on my 15 trail. Im willing to spend extra money and time to be a little different than everyone else. Also, my local Mall has HUGE speed bumps!!!!!!!!!!!!:decision:

I think these look great for the price. MB 352's with 265 70 17 Cooper ATP's. I drive long distance at times and didn't want to sacrifice gas mileage too much and keep the same ride/handling. Overall I am very pleased with the look!

Well said Fischer. As much as I liked the 35's and beadlockers there was significant rubbing when turned and compressed. The MT guys new that and went with it, it didn't effect the performance of the truck. First: the beadlockers are more maintenance than I wanted to deal with (checking torque) and I don;t see myself airing down that much/often enough to warrant them. Sold them to one of the MT guys who will put them to good use. Second: the rubbing bugged me. Third: I felt that 32/33" is a great look for the rig. (although the 35" looked BA!). Unfortunately I was too late for the Stealth SCS8 group buy :crybaby: So I went with the TKO's for now. Maybe in Nov. I might get the SCS8's :eyebrows::yo::eyebrows:
