Best Sirius Receiver?

Looking to get a Sirius receiver. There are a lot out there, and it seems from looking on Amazon there are a lot of mediocre ratings.

I have three vehicles that I want to change it between. Maybe this will become too much of a pain, but for now that is my plan.

I have the Sirius Sporster 5 in my 4Runner and really like it. Multiple color schemes to choose from, DVR style ability to rewind and hear a song again (as long as you remain on that channel), easy navigation:
