Best source for Spindle Gussets?

I'm in NC; looking for best source for weld-on spindle gussets (CA shipping is significant.)

I had them on my tundra and when I got them for the 4Runner they were listed for 4Runner. Not sure why they removed the gussets on the 96-02 4Runner accessories. I am sure thou that you can utilize the Tacoma gussets as well.
 
If you are in San Diego the Truck Shop can Fab then as well, probably beat the price. They did mine. You definitely don't want a spindle failure. I know.

Looks like he is in North Carolina so online ordering might be easier. Does James make weld on spindle gussets now?

Alex, I have the details listed in my build here: Total Chaos Gussets

I picked mine up from Wheelers Offroad. Here ya go...Here's the link. Exact ones I have.

EDIT: So it looks like I picked mine up from TC not Wheelers. Anyway, at least Wheelers has them.

Yep and he says they are a superior design to TC's. I looked at the two side by side and the TC design only reinforces 2/3 of spindle top circle vs TS's fab. I don't know if they are in the store though and TC is much easier to order quick.

Is spindle failure a big issue with 3rd gens or is it from hardcore off road use, like jumping your ride and such?

It isnt just a 3rd gen issue it's a Toyota issue, I have broken OEM spindles in my tundra playing around in Baja, ocotillo wells, and plaster city. Now having said that, my vehicles were under a lot of abuse prerunning race courses where conditions were pretty rough. If you aren't planning on abusing your rig I would say IMO these are not necessary.
In conclusion :adding a set of spindle gussets, along with welding in your uniball slug adaptors helps greatly in reducing spindle problems. Unless of course you have the top dollar budget and go with a set of Toyota Fully Fabricated Spindles - Solo Motorsports

absolutely - definitely in my plans.

As to the TC gussets - they seem straightforward and reasonably designed, but I can't help but wonder if the gusset could be wider at the bottom (where it meets the wheel bearing housing)? Am I overthinking this?

Overthinking it dude. Thuse two mods and your spindles will be nice and strong.
