Best suspension for highway driving?

I have a 1999 4runner, and I commute 50 miles daily to the hospital I work at. I've looked over the lift sticky and this forum for months, but I cannot decide on a setup for my mostly all highway driving. I'd like to go up 2" but ride smooth and handle great. By the way, I'm running Tundra/Sequoia 17's with 265/70/17 BFG's if that makes any difference. Any advice is welcomed.

some addco swaybars, 99 highlander coils and bilsteins front and back also a good roadforce tire balance and make sure all your steering components and ball joints are good and tight with a good alignment will be about as good as your gonna get, its still a 14 year old suv at the end of the day tho..
