Would they fit?
Absolutely not! hahaha
Awesome! This is exactly what I wanted to see! How long does it take for the flat spots to even out? And did you use beads to balance them?

The real question is, will you make them fit?
I want skinnies because I want to do as little trimming as possible, they preform better off-road, they're lighter, and they look amazing.
I have sliders to keep rocks off my body.
I have a set of $70 alloys that I don't care about lol
If you want tough sidewalls go with the TSL SX tires. I beat the snot out of mine when I had a 71 Blazer and never had an issue.
Is that why every serious rock crawler runs tires that are at least 12.5" wide?
Skinny tires are great for general trail use but when it comes to strictly rock crawling at very low tire pressures, the wider footprint of a wide tire is unquestionably better.
They run tires that are at least 12.5" wide because they have to when they need a tire that is 35" or taller. I assume you're talking about dedicated trail rigs not "weekend warriors". If they made skinnier 35's many people would run them not just the occasional crawler. Skinnier tires actually do have many benefits over wider tires in the rocks at least according to these guys:

I forgot to update this thread...
I got the 34x10.50-16 swampers in the end. I'm so glad I got the 10.50 wides instead of the 9's! I haven't been in the rocks with them, but I'm sure they will do great! I have just been on some dirt roads and shallow mud holes so far, and they did excellent! Hopefully, I'll be hitting some rocks next Monday...

Careful on the rocks. Tear them lugs right off.
