Best way to permanently delete A-Trac & VSC?

I've been doing a lot of reading on here and it looks like people just put in a disable switch to defeat these temporarily. Has anyone completely deleted the system and figured out a clean way to keep the lights from being on all the time on the dash? Thanks in advance!

Maybe I don't research enough but wtf 3RD gen has A-TRAC?! Lol. Not yelling at you more in exasperation to myself.

Just do the Andy mod and leave the switch in the off position? Pulling all that equipment out just turns the vehicle into a project.

Had to look this up myself.

Here is a link to another way than BS Goodwrench suggested...the way which I did my '01 and was very simple...no relay, just a switch and a wire cut/splice
