Best way to remove the spare tire?

I am pretty sure the spare tire has also been there since new, I dont see any way to lower it (guessing the parts are gone to lower it) whats best way to cut it down?

Their should be a thing that comes with jack. you stick it in hole in back of truck and spin it to lower it. Check under rear drivers side seat and see if its with the jack

You can stick a 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch (i forgot the size) socket extension in the hole to lower the tire, you go under the truck between the bumper and tire laying on your back under the truck. Turn it and it will lower. I think I used 2 or 3 extensions combined onto a socket and it worked fine.
