BFG Trail Terrain

Anyone have these ? If so how is the road noise ? I have KO2’s and at first they were quiet but now with 20k+ miles they are ridiculously loud . And that’s with rotating them every 5k miles and checking the pressure every 2 weeks .
Thanks in advance.

I've had my KO2s for four years now and have no road noise from them.

Road noise is so dependent on the road surface. Course asphalt being the worse, concrete , the second, and smooth asphalt being the best.

Trivia question for everyone: What does the "BF" in BF Goodrich stand for?

Trail Terrain looks like a reboot of their Rugged Fails that came stock on my '08 Tacoma TRDOR. Hated those from the start, worst tires ever. I'd keep looking.

Driving Sports TV on YouTube reviewed a Hyundai that came with them. Need I say more?

I just had a set installed this past week (stock size, P265/70R17). So far I am really liking them. They look great IMO, roll smooth, and are pretty quiet. They replaced the OEM Nitto Terra Grappler G2's with 55k miles on them so the difference has been pretty big. I don't really do any off roading so I think they have been a good choice for a mostly highway tire that looks good.

Here's another thread that discussed them:

Those were brutally terrible. Then they had the Rugged Terrain and now these Trail Terrains.

For a mild all terrain I'd look elsewhere. Yokohama G015 ATs, Falken Wildpeak AT Trail, Cooper AT3, Conti Terrain Contact AT, Hankook Dynapro AT. Lot's to choose from in the "mild AT" segment that have been around and work well.
