big 3/4 wire length

Anyone that has done the big 3/4 wire upgrade know how much wire you need to order?
I'm probably going to go with 2 gauge as I think 1/0 is overkill.
While I'm at it, do you know what size lugs to get for everything except at the battery? I'm going to go with the mil spec ones with a 3/8 bolt.

For myself, I ended up getting new battery terminals. Battery now has an XScorpion terminal, since they have 3 wire/ferrule connectors and 2 screw terminals. There are dual batteries under the hood now, but you can see here the one on the starter (red) battery is what was there before that got setup:
