Big Tranny Question ?

How easy is it, or is it even possible, to take two 3rd generation 4Runner, and change (switch) the transmission / clutch systems from an automatic to a manual from the two trucks ?

Second question: Manual V6 tranny / clutch system, into a Automatic V8 ?
