Bilstein 5100 front adjustable lower bushing replacement

I've been looking for a replacement bushing for days. Every search I've done comes back related to the upper front bushings or rear lower bushings. Is there a replacement bushing for the Bilstein 5100 front adjustable shock? This is what I've found but haven't been able to confirm it will work.

Here's what I used to replace my 5100 upper and lower bushings with. I got 'em directly from Bilstein...

Great! I'll check it out. Second question. How did you push out the outer metal ring? I used the PVC setup with impact wrench to get most of the bushing out but the outer portion is still in there really good.

And your truck is bad ass. I've been following your build for awhile....nice.

Don't bother pushing the outer thin sleeve out, you have to cut it with a reciprocating saw since you won't be needing it anymore. The new bushings will come with them.

thanks for this info, mine are shot as well. only have about 40k on them, but i wheel them pretty hard. you guys must be running the tacoma ones or what? i have the tundra 5100s.

Glad you found this info useful. I'm not too sure as to what i have but it's whatever Toytec uses for their 600lb ultimate coilover.

Same here on the toytec setup.

Thanks for the part number. The one in my original post was too big. I was able to get my hands on my mechanics press and used a socket to push out the ring finally. I'm sure cutting it would've worked too.

well I cant seem to find the one for the tundra 5100 anywhere, guess ill just have to make some bushings out of delrin...

Hey Ervin, I also have to replace this bushing on one of my 5100s. I went on bilsteinuse website and typed in that part number, and the search said there were no matching results. Do you remember what website you ordered the part from?? Thanks in advance!

Did you happen to find the correct bushing? Im looking for it as well. I tried the part # on Bilsteins website and no results came up.

I believe the part in the first photo is the correct one for the tundra 5100 adjustable. I called bilstein and he gave me the same part number but he mumbled the last number so i thought it was a 2 but it must have been a 0. anyways ill order some up, ive got a massive drivers side lean, and im running the drivers side on the 5th perch and the passenger side on the 4th to compensate right now.

Phil, i just called Bilstein USA and ordered thru the phone. I remember Ordering directly thru them sometime around June.
Maybe they still have a record of the transaction under Ervin Calinisan.

Hope this helps ya.

HAS anyone used these aftermarket daystar bushings to replace their worn factory ones?...

Or does anyone have a better suggestion to replace the lower bushings?...

While we are on the topic, what about the top bushing kit?
