Bilstein 6112 First Look & Box Opening

Do you have any compiled info on what your customers have found with their installs? I'm specifically looking for info on what settings occur with a V8 4x4.

It would take a bit of time on your part, but any chance of emailing your customers requesting this info for their particular trucks?

I will look thru the vehicle list and see if we can find anyone that had a 4th gen v8. A lot of you have this online ordering thing down and order by part number so we dont have a good record of what everyone drives.

We have tried to find just the shock part number, but Bilstein wont break them up.

Yeah, I already tried research and others and email them also. The way they have this setup, is a lot more profitable for them to do it this way.

Let's say at even $150 a pop and coils, looking at $450-500. Bigger profit margin this way.

What's worst, no one can tell me what is the coil height are on them to compare lift height to 885s

has bilstein ever come out with update lift #'s on the 6112's?? not that its a deal breaker for me but i'd like to know what they came up with- iirc they stopped shipping them out briefly so they could give out more accurate info

so anyone who has the installed, i'd be very interested to hear a 'test/review' on them- more so, i'd like to hear an unbiased comparison with the TT Boss kit

Nothing yet, they were supposed to be out months ago.

Lots of reviews here - http://www.toyota-4runner.org/4th-gen-t4rs/192772-any-reviews-new-bilstein-6112s.html

Has anyone run stiffer coils with 6112s? Planning on adding a winch and bumper. The out of the box spring rate is softer than stock so I don't think that will work

I looking at replacing my stock Pro suspension with the 6112's and i saw you were planning on adding bumper and winch. On my stock suspension and 2" lift the truck is back to factory rake with added weight. curious if you went with the 6112's and did you add a bumper an winch and if you did does it help with the added weight? My front is measuring 2" lower than my rear
