Bilstein lift set @2.5" alignment spec request

I'm planning to do the 5100 all around, front set to 2.5", and daystar 1.5" spacers in the rear.

I know people say they run this set up with the stock UCA's and their rig aligns good??? (But good is subjective)

I'd like to see real world numbers.

Can anyone with this exact set up (I see it's a common set up on here) please post your alignment specs?

I would like to see what numbers you guys are getting?

If the caster can't get up high enough? Then I'll bite the bullet and order a set of UCA's.

Any information you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I had this like 2 years ago when I ran the 5100s at 2.5 with stock coils. Tracked straight, no uneven tire wear. It was perfect for on road and off road...until I upgraded to better coils.

Thank you for taking the time a posting!
So by your numbers? although it may drive and handle O.K. It does look like UCA are needed, to have the handling at it's optimum.

You'll want to get them at 2.5, I'm sure it varies truck to truck but I've found these IFS toyotas start to wander at speed without the UCAs.

It appears that the range for CASTER on our rigs is 2.5-4 degrees so the mid way point would be approximately 3.2 degrees.

That being said the ideal would be approximately 3.5 ish degrees. with 285's. The numbers tends to need to be higher the bigger the tires go.
So if you were to run 35" tires you'd probably want your CASTER about 3.8-4.0 degrees.
CAMBER is a good idea to have it a bit positive but close to zero. some shops like to bias it a bit depending on the area you drive, and if your roads have crown or not?
But that's a whole different topic!

Yeah I'm hoping to get the caster close as possible to 3. I'm trying out the Falken AT3W 285/70R17 tires that are just a little shy of 33" I believe. Got my fingers crossed everything goes smooth my truck only has 4k miles on it lol Don't wanna be the dumbass to ruin a solid new truck.

Alignment Sheet

Figured I'd post this even though typed it out on other thread. Got cold feet and just went to 1.75" for now but plenty of room to go up with stock UCAs according to tech. I should've told him to pull camber closer to zero but this wont kill the tires for now.Alignment Sheet.jpg

Damn 3.8 and 4.2 on stock UCA's! Thats a good alignment tech! I have my shocks and springs burning a hole in my garage floor right now. Waiting for a nice weekend coming up to throw it all on.

A good friend of mine has a shop and hopefully he'll be able to get me close to 3 degrees going up 2.5".

I run billies at 2.5 And if I can find the alignment sheet ill post too, I know I was able to get all green with 3 to 3.5+ caster. I also run at3w's in lt flavor witch are true 33 (according to falken ) the p rated are a little smaller.

Yeah I'm itching to move it up to 2.5 with spacer on back but I got the HWMS and a winch that added at least 75-80lbs so not quite sure it'll sit how I want.
How do you like your AT3Ws?? I have the P rated 285/70/17 and can def tell a difference in weight/downshifting so I'm sure you can if you have the LT. Except for the morons at Tires Plus over-inflating them, they seem to be nice tires especially for the price of the P rated ($140ish).
