Did y'all know eibach/wheelers had springs made to fit 2.5" dia shock bodies?

I loved it, I got rid of the truck with the Baja setup in 2015 and got a 2015 TRD Pro.
I set my Pro up the same way, wheelers 3/4 isolator and have had no issues since.
The Baja had a little bit higher spring rate, and I preffer that one over my current one (Baja 650, Pro 600)
The Pro springs with the 3/4 isolator in them ride about the sane as the Baja's did before the Isolator.
About 60k or so between the 2, no issues at all from the setup.
When I did the Baja on the 2013, I also installed the same setup on my Moms 2011, which was about 100k ago and her truck still rides great! She is much nicer to her junk than I, so I am sure hers will outlast mine.

I think I remember the 4runner being softer, although it sounds odd.
The way I see it, mechanical lift is the same with the same size spring, bur your ride hieight will be more and stiffer with a higher spring rate. My baja setup was roughly about 1/2" taller than my pro.
The Baja front shock, and the Pro's are physically the same. They are bilstein 6112's with a 3x14 eibach coil. The baja is #650 and the pro is #600 spring. Valving is reportedly changed, and the lower spring perch is tapered on the Pro and squared on the Baja.
I never had any problems, but with the extra 1/2 or so the stock control arms were near their limit on my 2013. It is not a big difference but my 2015 is more in its happy operating range.

For those of you who already got this kit installed, how did you compress the spring? Spring compressor?
Is there enough space to put the shock in after you used the compressor?
I tried and failed. The space left was so small and couldn't fit the shock.
So I am wondering how did you guys do it? Does anyone have a method?

I had the same issue, you need to loosen the aligmnet bolts, just make sure you mark them. This will allow the bottom arm to drop further.

Elsewhere in this thread someone posted a "no spring compressor" tutorial. Seems most folks are going that route.

Does "them" = spacers or springs? Can you be more specific about your current setup?

'06 4Runner Limited V8: V8, 2.5-1.5 Daystar, 4Runner XSP wheels, Michelin Defender 275/55-20, OEM NAV, Magnaflow Exhaust, Weathertech liners.
I believe he is running the poly spacers. I would try out the 3/4" replacement coil isolator and maybe you might have to trim it up with some top spacers just in case to match it up with your wanted original lifted height. The rear spacers will work fine, but you may want to research some new spring options for that full Toyota suspension face lift.

I was able to ratchet strap to the opposite tire and pull the arm down enough to install it.

I have an 05 V8... I'm going to try and pick up a set of these... I haven't seen any hard numbers in this thread of lift that I will obtain by doing this swap. Anyone have any numbers they care to share? Just wondering what else i will need besides this kit to level it out and get a slight lift to run 275's... Thanks in advance!

Just ordered my new springs to complete the setup! Ended up getting front and rear springs from Dobinsons! I may be the first with the new springs, I think.

Which ones did you get? I didn't think the new front springs for the TRD suspension was going to hit the market until May?

Theyre selling me their demo pair. I should have them next week. Their other 50 pairs will be here early-mid May as you mentioned.

That's rad...I'm dragging my feet installing my TRD kit until those are available. I was going to get the Toytec lift kit and install it all at the same time, but I'm not a huge fan of the SuperFlex rears...The OCD in me wants the front springs and rear springs to match. :der:
