I finally installed the suspension on my 2015 4runner SR5. The lift feels much better than stock, almost makes me wonder why Toyota didn't just make it this way from factory.
I must admit I am very happy with the purchase/upgrade. up front I added toytec 1/2" top plate spacers and in the rear I did T13 rear coils with a 10mm OME spacer. (spacer in left side/rear only)

Sweet...that looks great. Exact setup I bought except dobinsons 1.5" springs instead of T13s.
With the 1/2" top spacers, did you cycle the suspension to see if the bumpstops worked correctly? (i.e., the bumpstops hit before the shock bottomed out?)
No I didn't cycle the suspension, but I am willing to bet those little spacers are not going to raise or keep the bumpstops from hitting before the shock bottoms out.
I did take a measurement and it seems now I have 1 3/4" from center of bump stop to control arm.

Can I see some pics of your 4runner? I have a 2018 4runner SR5 4X4 and I already bought the FJ TRD pro suspension package. I am debating between adding the Toytec 1" front lower spring perch spacer and Cornfed 1" rear spacer or go your route with the Toytec 1/2" top spacer and Dobinson 1.5" rear coil springs. Ultimately, I wish someone made a 3x15x600 front coil spring. I want a 2" using the FJ TRD pro kit. I just want to do it the most effective way possible. How is your ride with everything installed?

Mine hasn't been installed yet....I'm waiting to get some SCS wheels (ray10s) so I get everything installed at the same time. But mine would be exactly like NW308's setup.
What size tires are you running?

I special ordered the kit for $515 last week and picked it up from my local dealer yesterday. They did not give me any trouble or cancel for not having a VIN. They just said if it doesn’t fit I’m SOL because of no VIN and I told them don’t worry I know it will work. :happy:
Those who are on the fence better order soon. They said nationwide inventory is almost all gone and had to get it from a warehouse on the East coast.

Any secret to removing top nut on front suspension? Shock keeps spinning in place.

Look at the top of the rod, it’s square. You need to use an adjustable wrench to hold it in place while removing the top nut.

Did you make sure to rotate the rear springs so that they sit properly in the spring buckets on the axle?

I think I am going to get these as they will work on my 2014 KDSS Trail. Only question I had was do I need to buy any other parts besides this kit?
I like the current "rake" angle and what to preserve that. People on this thread have mentioned that it will only provide a 1" lift to the front and I forgot the back. Anything I should know about this, rear springs, UCA etc? What if I want a 2" lift overall, what would I need to do?
