well the FJ guide cushions part didnt fit, called TRD USA and they couldnt help to get the two guide cushions that I need to install the shocks with. SO now Im back to you guys wondering if anyone has these parts or knows how to get them?

That ToyTec kit is not designed for the TRD Pro suspension and the RC kit is crap. There is a specific kit for the Pro suspension, couple companies offer it but not many.

They've been sold out nationally for about 3 months now. They do come up here once in a while though, same for EBAY but they sell for about $750 which is about $150 more than Toyota sold them out for. Still a nice kit for the $ though.

Can I simply swap out the springs on the coilovers to a different spring? I’m looking to do the OME 2887 in front for the coilovers and OME 2895 in the rear, both giving approximately 2.5-3.0 inches of lift with mild to medium additional weight.

Make sure you find springs made for the FJ not the 4R The FJ uses a 14" spring, the 4R uses a 13" spring. If you were to swap coils with 4R springs, you would actually lower the 4R not lift it. Look at ToyTec, they have a 2.5" kit that is designed to work with the 4R or FJ and retains the OEM front coils.

Will I void factory warranty on my '18 4runner if I'd do it myself?
The seller (also Toyota dealer) I bought the kit from said that I'd get 3yr/36k warranty if installed by Toyota. Is this true considering they don't sell them anymore? My local dealer gave me quote of $650 for the install including alignment.
The only thing besides one of the Bilsteins leaking I'm thinking of is kdss.

Here is my take - $650 buys a lot of replacement parts so is that worth 3 years of coverage? For me, no. So I DIY. It is the easiest suspension install I have ever done. (lots of work on BMW's) Find the you tube video on the no spring compressor method for the OME install on a Tacoma and use the instructions for the 4R Pro posted in this thread awhile back for torque specs and step by steps. With those two and some basic tools, you'll be golden.

Nope, those are not made for the Pro shocks. You need to find a shock made for the 2.5" shock body. Those are made for the smaller body shock like the 5100

Have you ever assembled coilovers? You have to disassemble the originals, assemble the new. This is extremely dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.
