You can get the aftermarket sibling, 2xBillstein 5160 from wherever for under 200 each. Those can accommodate your Eibach rear springs as they are advertised 0-2". The OEM version popped with a 1" spring? Wow. Thought this would be more of a hypothetical. What happened exactly?
Other things people pair with the 6112s according to the stores I have talked to include any rear cheap but quality monotube that can accommodate a lift: Billstein 5100, Eibach Pro Truck Sport (presumably better ride than Billstein), Fox 2.0 part number 985-24-124, or the cheapest Icon rear shocks which many say are not really Icon, just rebranded, I don't know.

I was removing the rear spring and stretched the shock to much (forgot to remove the shock from the bottom knuckle on the axle).
