Here is mine: Bilstein 5100 at 1.75 " height with SAW rear coils. You need to have some rake to become level with mild loads and avoid a reverse rake.
However, check out the new Bilstein 60mm BTS coilovers for the 4runner. The shocks are way nicer and the height can have a finer adjustment. These run about 400-450 a pair, pretty cheap I say. I will be getting them soon.
