Everyone doing long travel needs to post up actual numbers and flexing photos.

May the best sub-human win, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

That looks impressive for IFS. I bet you are going to feel a huge difference on the trail with all that track width increase...

Would be hilarious to see a stock 4r on there, so people could get an idea of how little there is out of the box.... Stock... a wheel would be off the ground on the 3rd rung.

It's going to be great on the trail.

How is the clearance looking so far?

Also give us on road impressions when you get a chance.

So far it is great! I'd love to see a stock runner with swaybars...

Which clearance would you like to see?

On road: The Firestone closest to the shop that installed had the worst tech doing the alignment...basically adjusted toe and didn't know what to do next. I need to take it to the local alignment shop that actually knows what they are doing. Even with basically no alignment, it tracks straight, feels better than when I had the icons and so far I love it. When I get a chance to get a real alignment next week, I'll give a more in-depth review. :clap2:

Why can't people align a truck? You would think it is rocket science with all the problems people have. I got lucky and found a shop right by my house where the guy lets me tell him what to do. The basics are so simple. Set the rear cam bolts to push the LCA outboard. Set the front to pull it inboard as much as possible. Then kick the front out until camber is close to 0. That typically gives max caster, but you obviously have to balance it side to side to get them close.

Anyway, For the clearance I'm interested in the fenders at full compress on the bump stops.

Also, the area right in front of the body mount/slider that typically sees rub when the wheels are turned a bit and the suspension is compressed.

You probably won't be able to get this until out on the trail after an alignment, but I was wondering if he might have tested it for you with the coils out.

Also, what springs are on those coil overs? I thought King only had 600lb. How much pre-load to get 3" of lilft?

I have about .5" of clearance at full stuff and lock but on the trail I always find it to be a little different because of being aired down, off camber and either uphill or downhill. However, surprisingly it looks like after market fenders aren't necessary. Trails will tell the truth!

Techs are hit and miss at Firestone (lifetime alignment) but I have a local shop that does it right and understand (*gasp), cam bolts can be adjusted!!!! I tell them and they say the computer doesn't say to do that... I then take them out to the truck and show them a stock pic and a put the phone next to mine and ask them if they notice anything... Lol. They either say, "ok, what should I do?" Or they stare blankly and say..."we don't do custom." Yesterday was the latter and I just walked out and told the manager they have idiots working for them. I'll get it done right.

Preload was standard from King with a slight half crank adjustment on the passenger side and they are 600lbs. Feels plush but not too soft. They valve for added weight and I think come rebuild time I'll add adjusters to the shocks (it's nice King has it as an add later option since none in stock had them!).
