You're correct. I didn't bother going back and looking at the original picture. I've seen some that paint the reflector before so that's what I was going off of.

Does anyone have a link to any info on painting the housing. I have a galactic grey sport model and I have painted the grill black and an working on the wheels, I think the headlights are going to stand out worse than they do now when I'm done and would like to start on that soon. Thanks for any help

sorry to be a bit late on this but I picked up a pair of these about a month ago, was able to find them for something like 160 on ebay.

to be honest I liked the light output of my 04 housings better but these do a good job too. still getting used to the projector cut off and for some reason my lights step up on the passenger side..... both of them. not sure what functionality that serves or really how they are supposed to be set up, but I will add that I am happy I am no longer blinding people with my HID setup.
