Black FJ Steel on T4R Anybody Running them?

When it's themed it works but on a daily driver on an otherwise mostly stock looking vehicle steel looks cheap.

All a matter of opinion- I like the way they look on Philsey's ride!

How would these look on my black T4R? I was thinking of going the route of black wheels. This may be a less expensive alternative. Probably would look sharp if not too much black.

The great thing is you can Rustoleum rattle can them any color you like. It's not like you're ruining an expensive wheel.

I like the look too.
When I used the spare I noticed the standard lug nuts stick out really far. Did you replace the lug nuts?

There is a stubby lug nut that comes on them as fitted to the FJ. Buyers should try to grab those too when available.

I believe those wheels are AR ATX Mojave's which are aluminum. They do look a bit like FJ Steelies.

I was just looking at the Mojave wheels on Tirerack. I talked to the dealership I bought my 4Runner at said the FJs around here only come with the alloys.

I just won a set of 4 on eBay. Looking forward to winter!

Now if I can just convince myself to spend the $$ on those awesome TRD wheels for summer.
