Black Plug On Left Side of Steering Wheel

I have an 07 Sport Edition with only the VSC off plug on the left hand side of the steering wheel in the four switch row. Trying to figure out what this black plug is for (see attached).

Im trying to tap into the power into it for a 12v accessory. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

there are plenty of other places to grab accesory if you went a little further down to the fuse box.

or

grab white with green stripe from the steering column harness

I need two total 12v tap-ins. I know that some people do tap into the kick panel for things like heated seaters and aux lights, but I never know which plugs they're using. My only electrical mods involved the dome light tap-in and using the smokers kit plug in the center console.

Can you point me to two locations? Thanks!

Razor blade open the wire loom coming down from the steering column and the White with green stripe will be in there.
