thats one mean looking runner. I am sure your wife grabs a lot of attention in that. how many speeding tickets does she have in that thing because if my girl was driving something that blacked out I know she would have a few

are they better then the radar/lazer deector that claims to jam that i bougth from best buy for $120

If you've got the V1 then no radar gun is going to get you, now laser is a different story...

Most definitely, 100%. Those cheapies aren't very good to begin with, not to mention they don't "jam" anything, no matter how much they claim to. Be cautious with it, because it will give you a false sense of security. But I promise, it's not jamming a single thing.

Yeah I'm going to put my 4Runner up for sale here in a day or two, if I can $20,000 or more out of it then I'm going to get a 2008 Black Urban 4Runner, and those are the rims I'll be getting!! :bigok:

You're truck is one of the nicest 3rd Gen's on here, but don't you think $20K is aiming a bit high? You can get an 05 or 06 for between $16K and $19K.

I think $20k is pretty fair, I paid around $19,000 for it in 2006 and I've put about 5 or 6 grand into it. I've got it listed on auto trader for $21k but I'll take $19k... Any lower than that and I won't be able to get a new Runner..

I think you're in for a rude awakening then. Nobody cares what you put into it. They will look at it and compare it to vehicles of similar age and mileage and decide that they can get a much newer truck for the same thing that you are asking.

That's what I a afraid of. I hope he can get that much, because it would be cool if he can get a new truck, but I've dealt with autotrader numerous times, and that's how people generally think. People from this forum know how much you put into your truck, but people browsing through vehicles are only looking at prices at first glance.
