So I just decided my 4Runner has a name....Black Swan.
It's a mild build as I'm more of a replace parts as needed sort of guy. Although there are a few things that I've added because I just wanted to.
The first part of my build happened because I'm an idiot and ran over a large rock at 60mph going down the highway. It put a hole in the secondary oil pan, destroying the factory skid. Fortunately insurance covered it all except the skid. Since the factory one is weak, an RCI was put on and painted to my wifes specs (pics later)
After that was done, [MENTION=93512]MojaveMadMan[/MENTION] made his awesome light bars. I bought style D and added 2 HELLA LED cubes to it (pics later)
I have around 165k on the clock, it had original Xreas until about a month ago. I did the Tacoma TRD swap and it greatly improved the looks and ride. I forgot to take a before pic, but here is an after pic.
Tires weren't in the worst shape, but they were 6yrs old and I'd put plenty of miles on them. So with the mild lift/level it was time to upgrade to BFG AT KO2 in 265/70/17. Love the look and stance.
Probably wont be much more for a while, but should there be I'll update accordingly.
