Blacked out Toyata emblem

Just blacked out my toyota emblem on the front, plan on leaving the square box it is in chrome and blacking out the rest of the bars, tell me what you think or if you have any better ideas

Personally i am a fan of the blacked out grill with the chrome emblem, but thats just me. Looks good!

I dont know to take them off and be able to put them back on, is it adhesive?
