The Nox Lux kit turned out pretty good and it seems like it would be easy to remove. It has also stood up to a few power washed to get rid of some caked on mud.

Those of you who have ordered from the nox lux site recently: are you just ordering even though it says it's on back order? And it will just come in 4-6 weeks? Thanks!

Got my kit on eBay for the same price as sold on the nox lux site. Arrived in 3 days.

Thanks! For some reason when I searched eBay the other day, I didn't see the Nox Lux kit, and there was another version available that doesn't look like the same quality at all. I searched again today, found it, and ordered. I'll report back after install, too.

Ordered my Kit on Tuesday night late and mine arrived yesterday. Talk about customer service.

Looking forward to installing my kit this weekend.

I installed the Nox lux kit on my wife's sr5p today they look awesome. I dipped my tundra emblems. I would definitely go overlay over dipping but they don't make a kit for the older tundras. Nox lux is more money but easier, faster, and better looking. At least I can test which one lasts longer.

My overlay flew off during a snowstorm recently, ended up dipping the front in the end!

Really? I tried pulling mine off the day after installing and couldn't.

When installing, I heated up the chrome OEM with a dryer, then applied the overlay. Then heated the overlay some and pressed firmly from inside to out.

These puppies aren't going anywhere and look great.

Fvck plastidip. I hate that crap.

Damnit! My 4Runner is still somewhere on the Pacific Ocean, and I just ordered a blackout kit. Gotta stop hitting that "BUY" button...

I ordered the Nox Lux kit on eBay about two weeks ago and it only took like 3 days to arrive. After patiently waiting for an opportunity with an ambient (and surface) temp above 70 degrees, I installed this past weekend.

I'm very happy with the results and have already gotten one completely unsolicited compliment on it. Installation was incredibly simple.

Here are a few terrible pictures - I apologize for the quality. I will have more later.

I did the Nox lux on the 4Runner and plastidip on my tundra. I would do Nox lux before dipping but that being said plastidip isn't bad just takes a lot more time and work. I did them at the same time so I will see which one holds up better. I'm going to dip the 4Runner wheels to see how my wife likes them black Sometime soon.

I did the exact same thing. It deff took me off guard. I figured the hairdryer would have worked well enough. No hate though, they were quick to be willing to fix the problem. I sprayed it black and ordered a horned logo in black the day it happened and that ships soon so I'm not even worried about it anymore!

Also, since I have a Trail Edition, I have no use for the SR5 overlays that came with the kit. If anyone wants them, I'd part with them for very little. Let me know!
