Just noticed a few days ago that a small sound is coming from the fresh/recycled air actuator. I looked at it a month or so ago and low noise starts when on recycled air only. It happened when switching between the two (fresh/recycled). Sort of like when it's trying to move farther and it can't go because something is blocking it. Nothing is blocking it though. I moved the lever a little and the noise stopped, but it came back a month later.
Anyone have info on how to replace the actuator and if it's expensive? I'd really hate to tear the dash apart for this...
