Blinking A/C light?

My A/C stopped blowing cold and the "A/C" light is now blinking.... does this simply mean I need to recharge the system? ('04 V8)

It could be a problem with the Magnetic Clutch Relay - Toyota issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) about this relay.

Replaced the relay with a brand new one...... still blinking
