Blower motor ticking on speeds 1,2,3 ..4 not noticeable .. fix?

I got a new filter
Took down blower motor nothing was in it...
Bearing?

Also is there any hack or tip to get a stronger blower that blows harder? Aftermarket motor?

You could just have debris in the fan basket, take your cabin air filter out and inspect as well as you can the fan basket.

The one time I changed mine a small leaf fell through when I pulled the old filter out, the sound it made sound similar to what you're describing.

We had one in a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am doing the exact same thing. It would do it intermittently. It was the motor itself bad.

Had a similar tick on a 2011 Tacoma, had it replaced under a recall IIRC.

Just a bad motor if I had to guess.
