Blue Sea 5005 Fuse Holder Question

Found lots of great threads to guide me on my aux fuse block install. I'm doing a hinged mount between the battery and factory fuse box on polycarbonate. The holder doesn't have much in the way of instructions and emailed Blue Sea but haven't heard back. The Blue Sea fuse holder came with a washer, split washer and nut. I am assuming the split washer and nut go on last but not sure if it is important the order the other pieces go on...I have the terminal ring, the fuse and the washer. there's lots of conflicting info online, can anyone familiar with this fuse holder chime in?

I have worked on electric fork trucks and the normal connector stack was terminal, fuse, flat, lock and nut on the stud. If there is an issue with the fuse not fitting due to the terminal crimp interfering I would go fuse, terminal, flat, lock and nut. Either way would work as the fuse can be changed without removing the nuts. The flat washer keeps whichever part is below it from twisting as the lock washer bites in. I would also consider adding another flat washer to each stud before any other parts go on to provide support to the bottom item of the stack, it can't hurt if the stud is long enough.

On that 5005 fuse block, you drop the ANL fuse on first, followed by the flat washer, lock washer, and last, the nut.
The ring terminal would normally be placed between the fuse blade and the flat washer, but it would also work on top of the flat washer.
