Body mounts need replacing

My body mounts need replacing on my 88 runner and I'm planning on using Energy Suspension body mounts. My Chilton manual doesn't cover this job so I was wondering if anyone here might be able to help out. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Pull interior/carpet till you can pull the bolts out on one side of the truck, then jack that side of the body up and swap in the new bushings, and put back together. Then do the other side.

Body mount locations

Hyde, do you know the locations of them? My Chilton doesn't show anything.
