Boss Lift to breath new life into 2001 LTD, New wheels too?

Hello. I was thinking about getting a boss lift on my 2001 LTD 4runner. I have been reading all through the faqs and guides, but am having some issues coming to conclusions. If I get the toytec boss lift I will probably also want to get new tires. Will I have to (or more importantly should I ) get new wheels on top of new tires? I currently have the stock wheels/rims the vehicle came with. Are there any benefits/cons to swapping out wheels? I feel like both the boss kit, labor and new tires will already put me near 3k, so is it worth it to get new wheels/rims as well? I am no rock crawler but have done quite a bit of mild to medium 4 wheeling in Colorado and am looking to primarily keep the 4runner happy on the offroad, not necessarilly pump it up for crazy rock crawling. All help is much appreciated!

Its up too you, wheels are wheels. Wont really give you better off or on road manners unless you change rim size. If you want a better looking wheel replace them. I have a 3" lift, 1.5" body lift and 33" tires on stock wheels. I do crazy rockcrawling and keep up with SAS guys not problem, just maybe have to take a different line sometimes.

Unless you get beadlocks, the biggest change in things the wheel size makes is really the choices/prices of tires to fit them.
