yea i heard about that damned 4-8"! I'm ready, parking-wise at least. spent a good 1.5 hrs shoveling down my spot to the point where i can easily get in/out.. so thats a start! my neighboring roads, however, are not ready.
where are you looking to move to? i'm an expert in the brighton/allston area, so i can tell you a bit about the area youre moving to if you need info.
where are you getting the rims from, and how much? if i was to switch rims right now, id get the awesome ones from the sequoia.... :arrow:

ebay. $450, plus $150 for shipping. however, i think this is including the tires as well. i am waiting to hear back about that part. i can't picture the sequoia wheels. know of a pic i can view? we are really looking in the harvard business area. we have friends on wyndom street. nice apartments, and nice neighborhood. but we shall see what happens with harvard expanding and all. i think many people are going to be selling to the school for a pretty .01! any other nice areas to think about? gotta be easy bus access to the state street area, and i know that the pike is right there, which is good for me (i work in n.h.)

no, theyre 17 in. rims....but they fit a 3rd gen just fine. theyre not for you if you wanted to hang onto your tires! what kind of tires do you have?
these rims are indeed on ebay.. just search 'sequoia rims'.. plenty to choose from. theyre also on the tundra.
yea, union sq is in a nice spot for the bus, but pretty crappy for the T. nice area with enough action and restaurants.

i only have the stock goody's. but they have 20k on them! barely 1/3 of their life. i am also looking at the american eagle alloy 137. pretty sharp. but someone posted a link to ????northwest???. it was here or on 4x4wire. they actually make alloy wheels, and they appeared to be good quality and rather affordable as well. just can't remember where i saw that link though.
i am going to miss moody being right around the corner. but i suppose red sauce over on arsenal, and the corrib over in roxbury are fine.

yea, closest decent bar to union sq is white horse tavern, or the kells.
dont even try silhouettes or model cafe! yikes!
i like corrib, been there once or twice... and red sauce is a nice, reasonably priced restaurant...
track down the restaurant called "not your average joe's" in watertown.. its down farther on arsenal well past the toy dealer and hess station... you may know it as its toward waltham.

yes, it is right after watertown sq. you know where watertown for is? and the stop and shop right by it? that is where i got stuck! the atm right next to the stop and shop. i live right near the shaws in waltham. i really enjoy talk of the town diner as well. nice breakfast, and great service! i actually went to the sunset bar and grill the other weekend. that place is cool too. 112 beers on tap. very very nice.

was that supposed to say watertown ford?? im not quite sure where that or the S&S are... im heading in that direction later today actually so ill see if i spot it.

try the fajitas, i always liked 'em there!
want a snow challenge? hit up that main street by the "publick theatre" (is that soldiers field rd?)... there are parking lots for the park there. they are UNPLOWED. one has a strip where a plow went, so you can follow that to the middle and try to conquer the snow there. i did, and got stuck for like 10 mins. took some rocking and shoveling but i got out!

i know soldiers field road, but i am not sure where the park is. i am guessing it is before the ihop and harvard? and yes, that was supposed to be watertown ford. sorry about that. it is actually on pleasant st. in watertown, which turns in to river st. in waltham. for ref., pleasant st. is what comes out in to watertown sq. on the left side of watertown bank. the one way. if you go past the bank, and take the first left ( a very very short st.), it puts you back on to pleasant. that is where there are a few open lots that i go. for example, the atm lot i have the pics from. good lots off the side streets too. perhaps we should meet up one time before the winter ends and have fun burrying out runners! haha! atleast we won't have to ask for help for a chevy or ford when one of us get stuck! haha
i got my bilsteins in the mail yesterday! 
very happy about that. by the way..i hate paypal! i need to pay for the rims that you have. $400 for the set. but i was too close to my non-verified sending amount. opened a new account, and now i can't send the money until i get the verification numbers! hopefully the guy will hold on to them for me. we shall see. can you believe the driving this morning? took me 3 hours to get to work! normally 1hour 15 minutes!

it usually takes me a mere 15 mins to get to work... today? 35 mins.
that doesnt sound like much, but if you saw how truely close i am, youd be in shock. :arrow:
congrats on the bilsteins.. id like to get some of my own soon. im busy getting that new pda to work...
