Nice work OP. What doe you do about the stock air box? Looked pretty mangled in you first pics. Did you replace it or go with a CAI?

Also, did you do a BMC for the 295's? rubbing?

nice, if you decide to go another direction, back when I did my CAI, buying the TRD one in pieces was the cheapest option, Parts list... http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/85960-how-guide-trd-cai-installation-22.html

If you want to go stock, plenty of guys here that have upgraded would probably give you their old parts.

thanks good to know, think ill stick with this one for now, it almost sounds like i have a turbo when im driving around 2600-3000rpms has a whistle to it, next things im planning are paint rims black, offroad bumpers, silders, roof rack hoping in the next half a year

ABS code c120a

So I was reading around and it seems like since my abs wire was damaged it made a c120a code come on but I can’t seem to clear it was wondering if any one please let me know how? I have a obd scanner and it can reset the code but doesn’t seem to be clearing

Try a zero point calibration, if you have downhill assist calibrate it also. My trac light wouldn’t go off after I put bilsteins on. For some reason sometimes the vehicle thinks it’s not equipped with downhill assist/crawl control when it is.
