Bought my first T4R today

I picked up a T4R today, a 98 SR5 with a 5 speed. It has a little surface rust here and there but nothing to bad. It's a two owner truck and I got all the service records for it. It was recently serviced including a new timing belt and clutch. It has 212K on it but the current owner drives over 100 miles round trip to work each day. It runs and drives like new, honestly it's as smooth as my 2004 330xi bmw. Everything world flawlessly and the air blows really cold, I was really surprised at how well everything works on such an old truck lol. The best part is I only paid $2350 for it.

That was a great score! Cloth interior so no cracks, and the wheel looks good too.

Yeah it's in good shape. The tires are about 60% so I will be replacing them by the end of summer, mainly for piece of mind. What is the largest tire I can fit on this thing with no rubbing?

Drive that thing out West and I guarantee you can triple your money if it has a locker.

hmm I actually did not pay attention to if it had a locker. I pick it up on tuesday, where is the switch located? Even here these things are going for 5k.

It's push button on the left of the steering wheel. When I was in the market I would have paid $6-7k for that thing. Congrats :first:

265 75 R16. I highly recommend Cooper Discoverer AT3s. I love mine, very quiet and comfy for an AT tire.
