brake bleeding abnormal situation

I got a 99 that I went to bleed the rear brakes. But the fluid only comes out from the threads. I only opened it an 1/8 turn while pumping. I just did this yesterday with no issues. Any ideas? This seems abnormal. Thanks

You probably have gunk in the bleeder screw's nozzle. Replace the bleeder screws and put a cap on it.

Or just clean the old one out. Pull it, use a needle and some brake clean then put it back in. Good to go. I had to clean out 3/4 on my corolla as there were no caps on them. As above, get some rubber caps when you re done.
