Just had new brembo rotors and hawk pads installed and now if I brake hard I get grinding in the pedal, but only under HARD braking. Is this just the ABS engaging? Or is it something more? Did have an installation issue where the shims that were supplied with the hawk pads didn't line up hole wise with the pads so the provided shims had to be removed. Could this be part of the issue?
