2015 4 runner with about 100k miles. Bone Stock. After driving it for a few weeks we noticed when she backs out the drive way to start her drive in the morning the brakes make this GOD AWFUL squealing sound when she lightly applys the brakes. I thought since it is a used vehicle that it might need pads. checked all 4 wheels and the brakes look good, damn near new. I let it go for a month to see if it worked it self out since the pads looked new and no change. So I put new pads all around, I used Bosch QuitCast ceramic pads. It seem to clear it up for about 3 weeks and started again, just like before. I greased all the pads when installing, so no issue there. I pulled all the brakes to check for any issues or strange wearing and everything looks perfect. Rotors look good, nothing loose. Everything seems ok. I thought about taking the rotors to get resurfaced to see if that helps but haven't done it yet. After the first time you stop and they squeal for about 4-5 seconds it does not do it again till the vehicle has sat for 4 or 5 hours. Brakes work great, stop with no issues, no shaking or vibrations when stopping. Any thoughts?
Only post I found when searching this issue is for 4th gen 4 runner with no real solution other then rebed the pads. I've tired, no change.
