Brake upgrade

Its about time to do a brake job on the old girl and was just wondering what yall have upgraded to or what yall are using and if it was worth it. Thanks in advance-

I went with Centric Posi-Quiet Premium Ceramic pads on all four corners. I had plenty left on the stock pads when I bought the 4Runner, but I had a high-pitched squeal from the rear and didn't like the feel. These Posi-Quiets feel much better... I'm very pleased.
