Is this the same noise?

I'm hoping this is all the same problem. Can you confirm this is the same sound you were fixing?

The noise on my model is most notable in the first few miles every time the car is driven. Then it goes away.

Definitely not the same noise..

The brake click is typically a light metallic contact noise, that occurs with the initial bit of brake pressure that's applied for the first time traveling either in forward or reverse. It's the sound resulting from movement between the pads, guide pins, and the caliper. The shims, and springs help "take up" the space between these components to prevent excess movement and subsequently excess noise. Putting in a fresh set of guide pins also helps get rid of brake click, and they're cheap enough that if you've got the brakes apart, it makes sense to replace them.

Fixed my brake rattle!!!!!!!

So after changing the lower ball joint and sway bar link. Finally found out it was just the anti rattle springs that go on the brake pad! Went to auto zone and bought a set of 2. And installed them and the sound went away!!
I guess the after market ones aren't as good. And plus.. It comes with only one by default.. Seems having two anti rattle springs is much better!!!
