braking issue

i have noticed that the brakes are starting to lock up. i noticed this after the tundra brake swap. rear brakes are all new, system has been bled, no leaks. when i press the pedal, it's either a little brake or lock. now the rear suspension is bad but i don't think that has anything to do with it. the fronts are grabbing/locking, so it seems. is there anything i missed in doing this swap? does the master need something done to it to accommodate the larger fronts?

Did you clean and re oil the rear brake adjusters. If you dont make sure there working prefectly smooth they wont adjust and if they where too tight they will cause the rear too lock up. Most likely is the rear locking from my experience with drum brakes. Read up on how to adjust the rear adjuster and I bet you fix your issue.

everything is clean and lubed back there. everything moves freely, parking brake, etc.

they are free. i just double checked that a little while ago.

Not sure what your issue could be, mine did the exact same thing and ended up being a combination of too tight of rear adjuster and bad bleed in the brakes. I thought I had a good bleed and after a second try it worked perfect.
